Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted as long as they are returned within 14 days of the shipment date and in original condition. You may choose to receive either a refund, exchange or store credit. Outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns Procedure:

Please send your request to support@vxdmerch.com.  Make sure to include your order number and reason for return.  You will then be emailed with directions as to where to send the product.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Returned items that are in poor condition, dirty, washed, worn, and or crumpled will not be accepted as a return.  Store credits and refunds will not be issued until the item has been received and found to be in acceptable condition.  Once approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
